Any and all NSF payments or late payments are subject to late fees and NSF charges up to $50 per item. All charges are subject to HST. Any default in payment gives the landlord the right to have items removed and/or towed at the customer's expense.*

The customer hereby acknowledges and accepts the terms and conditions, for the sole purpose of parking/storing a plated vehicle. The customer represents and warrants that the customer shall not store anything that contradicts Municipal and Provincial laws or is deemed to be illegal under the criminal code.*

The customer will ensure their own property at their own risk.*

The customer warrants that the customer is the rightful owner and present ownership documents and identification are valid. Any default in any payments or charges shall give the right to the landlord to distrain and sell any portion or all properties at the landlord's sole discretion to receive payment in full for the tenant's default and any money over that amount shall be held in trust for the tenant of a period not to exceed 60 days. Failing to comply with the 60-day time period, the tenant shall hereby forfeit any money.

At the end of this agreement, the customer will leave the rented land in manner similar to the condition they accepted. Failure to comply may result in the forfeiture of any security deposits. The customer shall indemnify, defend, and save Complimints Of LTD operating as Bradford Outdoor Storage harmless from all loss, damage, cost, expense (including attorneys' fees), liability, or claims for personal injury or property damage incurred or occurring in, on, or about 30 Given RD Bradford Ontario.
